Terms of Service

Bookings & quotes

All bookings are subject to confirmation by DB Auto Spa. Prices listed for Full Detail packages ($220 sedan / $250 SUV, truck or crossover) are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessively soiled interiors, pet hair, heavy staining, sand, mold, or biohazard contamination may incur additional charges after an in-person inspection. We will always discuss any additional cost with you before beginning work.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Service location & access

You must provide a safe, legal, and reasonably accessible location for the vehicle, along with access to water and 110V power when required. We may decline to service a vehicle at any location that presents safety concerns.

Insurance & liability

DB Auto Spa carries $1 million in general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the direct value of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear that becomes visible after cleaning.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at dbautospa.com/terms.
